We are happy to announce that the 2020 Hospices de Beaune wine bottles have arrived in our Keila-Joa cellar!
In 2020 we participated in Hospices de Beaune auction where we bought a whole barrel of Hospices de Beaune Corton Grand Cru Le Clos du Roi Cuvee Baronne Bay wine - 288 bottles in total. The barrel was crowdfunded by our clients who were able to choose how many bottles they wanted.
Hospices de Beaune Corton Grand Cru Le Clos du Roi Cuvee Baronne Bay 2020 has received exceptional scores (95+). It is a Grand Cru wine which is considered to be among the highest classification of French wines. The wine comes from Burgundy which is the most desirable region in the world, gaining the most popularity in Asian markets.
It is very difficult to buy Burgundy top wines directly from the producer which makes the opportunity to participate in the auction even more exceptional. The Hospices de Beaune auction is a valued name and our partner, Domaine Faiveley, is one of the most highly rated wine producers in the region. Domaine Faiveley is also responsible for the development and bottling of wine barrels acquired through WineFortune - the wines are always under the care of a reliable partner.
