Fine Wines Asset Class

Fine wines are an alternative asset class that offers stable value growth. The Liv-ex Fine Wine 100 index has risen 270.7% in two decades (July 2001 to July 2021), surpassing the S&P 500 index by 8% over the same period (source: Forbes).
Wines are often used to protect investment portfolios against market fluctuations and inflation. So far, the wine asset class has been out of reach to retail investors due to its high financial and knowledge barriers.

First Fine Wine Fund*

The WineFortune Premium Selection LP Fund (WFPS) is the first fund in the world to enable retail investors to invest in the wine asset class starting from 1 euro.
Our goal is to generate an annual return of 13% or higher. The fund also plans to pay an annual dividend starting no later than the third year after the fund is established. The fund manager decides on the payment of the dividend.
The fund is managed by experienced professionals whose investment decisions are based on technical analysis of transaction data in the fine wine market and the knowledge of experienced wine experts. We will soon start developing artificial intelligence to further develop the technical analysis capabilities of the fund, and we will soon launch NFTs for fine wines that add value in the Web3 context.

No hidden fees

The WineFortune Premium Selection Trust has no secret fees or additional terms. Our goal is to be transparent from the beginning at every stage of the investment. There is no subscription fee. No fees for uninvested capital. The fund uses a classic fund fee structure: a 1.5% management fee on invested capital and a 20% performance fee limited to a “high watermark” so that investors never have to pay double fees.
